• Communicate with our international clientele in English and Japanese (other languages are a plus!)
• Handle reservations for hotels, tours, and travel services
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain and update master data for reservation systems, pricing, and quota management
• Work closely with service providers to curate seamless travel experiences
• Create and design unique Japan travel offers
