Christmas Time on Orchard Road

Share

For six weeks every year from mid-November to early January, Singapore’s iconic Orchard Road and shopping district is transformed into a magical Christmas spectacular. With striking arches, millions of lights, impressive installations and displays, and decorative facades, the street is awash in Christmas cheer. Along with the festive atmosphere, special pop-up stores also line the street adding to the holiday season…and shopping options!

CELEBRATIONS

Light up ceremony

Usually set up more than a month before Christmas and purposefully attract photography buffs, families with kids, shopaholics and partygoers seeking to soak the festive atmosphere.

Pop-up stars

There will be more than 25 brands, from food to fashion pitching their tents along Orchard road. The former features interactive art installations and a café, while the latter is putting together DIY workshops and, in the spirit of the season, a ‘snow room’.
