As a Japan Talent, you will be a key part of our reservation and operations team, handling bookings, assisting international clients, and designing exceptional Japan travel experiences.
About the job:
- Communicate with our international clientele in English and Japanese (other languages are a plus!)
- Handle reservations for hotels, tours, and travel services
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain and update master data for reservation systems, pricing, and quota management
- Work closely with service providers to curate seamless travel experiences
- Create and design unique Japan travel offers
